For your consideration is this Mid Victorian English made footed bowl. This Chinoiserie pattern has brightly hand colored flowers and gilding. The edge also has an orange luster color to it, a signature of mid 19th century English china. The base isn’t marked. This has a heavy ironstone feel. There are no cracks or chips and there is very little wear. There is no crazing. The top is tilted to one long side, almost like it is purposeful. (I am not sure of the name of this type of center bowl…perhaps it is a banana bowl or something else in particular) The base doesn’t quite sit flat. It measures 4 1/2″ tall and 10 1/8″ long and 8 7/8″ wide. Please see the pictures for more detail. Thank you!
