Description
For your consideration is this lot of 8 Royal Doulton Tobies which include Robinson Cursoe, Robin Hood, Capt Henry Morgan, Sairey Gamp, Winston Churchill, Gone Away, Mine Host, Veteran Motorist. They all have the mark on the base that reads Royal Doulton England Made in England. They also have their own names that are marked on the base. The following is a list of the measurements and the condition of each mug. The diameter measurements will be of the whole piece which includes the handle.
Sairey Gamp- This is the one figurine in the whole lot. It is 4 1/2″ tall, 2 5/8″ diameter, 2″ wide. This figurine is in great condition with no cracks or chips and great color.
Winston Churchill- 4″ tall, 2 1/2″ diameter, 2″ wide. This is a character creamer and it is in very good condition with no chips or cracks. The paint is in great shape with hardly any loss.
Gone Away- 4″ tall, 3 1/4″ diameter, 2 7/8″ wide. There is a fox that makes the handle. Gone Away is marked on the back of this mug. This mug is in very good condition with no chips or cracks. The paint is in nice shape as well with very little loss.
Mine Host- 3 1/4″ tall, 4″ diameter, 2 5/8″ wide. Mine Host is marked on the back of the mug. This is in great condition with no cracks or chips and the color is in good shape with little loss.
Veteran Motorist- 4 1/8″ tall, 4″ diameter, 3 1/4″ wide. The handle looks like an old car horn. This is in nice condition with no cracks or chips. The paint is in good shape as well with little loss.
Robinson Crusoe- 3 3/4″ tall, 3 1/4″ diameter, 2 3/4″ wide. This mug is in very nice shape with no chips or cracks. The color is in great condition with little loss. The handle is shaped like a palm tree.
Capt. Henry Morgan- 3 1/4″ tall, 3 3/8″ diameter, 2 3/4″ wide. This mug is in great condition with no cracks or chips. The words Capt. Henry Morgan are on the back of the mug. The color is in nice shape with some minor loss on the back of his hair.
Robin Hood- 3 1/4″ tall, 3 1/2″ in diameter, 2 1/2″ wide. This one looks like a creamer. There are no chips or cracks and the paint is in good shape.
