Description
For your consideration is this nice old chipping hammer with vertical and lateral edges and an interesting peened finish.
The only marking noted is a G and the word ‘Steel’ stamped onto one side of the head. There are other marks that cannot be made out.
This measures about 11 3/4″ in total, with ahead measuring 5 3/4″.
The condition is good with light oxidation and wear on the head and a good newer replacement wooden handle.
