For your consideration is this Chinese Inside Reverse Painting Glass Crystal Snuff Bottle. This bottle features two different yet related scenes. The first side shows a father enjoying the outdoors with his three sons. On the upper left hand side is Chinese caligraphy and a red signature. The other side features a father and his two children resting with a tiger. Again there is caligraphy and a red signature. The earth-toned painted detail is exquisite. The bottle measures 2 3/4″ tall x 1 3/4″ wide x 7/8″ deep and weighs 3.7 ounces. There are a few worn glass nicks on the top where the stopper must have rubbed from use. Unfortunately there is no stopper.This beautiful piece would be a great addition to your collection.
