Description
Up for your consideration is a vintage Sterling Silver Nursing Assistant / Aide pin. This pin features the Nursing Assistant medical caduceus along with the Florence Nightingale lamp of knowledge. “NA” is featured prominently on the front in white enamel. Around the edge in blue enamel are the words “U.T.A.E. Indianhead District”. The back of the pin is stamped simply “SS” with a star. The clasp and pin hold nice. Please see pictures for more detail.
