For your consideration is this beautiful antique Waltham wristwatch.
This is an early example, as wristwatches did not become prominent until after WW1. This is a size 0s, with a production date of 1899. The model is 1891, and the grade is Seaside. The serial number is 9351271. This is either a 7 or 15-jewel unit, as the run of production was split between these.
The dial features Arabic numbers and the outer ring has red minutes marked.
The case is by Keystone, and though it is not marked it appears to be gold-filled, though no guarantee is made on this.
Included is a wooden box that may be the original storage piece, as it fits the watch perfectly. The box has wear and finish loss.
This watch does not run and will need service/repair. There is a hairline crack noted in the dial.
