For your consideration is this vintage oil painting. The painting is 14 1/2″ tall x 11″ wide. The frame measures 18 1/2″ by 15″. This painting is signed O. Geiss. Otto Geiss is a listed artist (Davenport’s–see photo). His paintings have sold from $795 to $2630.
The oil painting is on a board. This appears to be an angle of an English University. I looked at angles of Cambridge University and it looks like an area of the seminary. This painting is in good condition with a nice gilded frame. There are no losses on the painting. There is some light wear to the frame. The backing was partially taken off at some time and taped back on.
