Vietnam Era US Enlisted Infantry “U.S.” Medical Insignia Pins Blue Back Plate

For your consideration are these two US Army military collar/hat pins from the Vietnam Era. The first is a brass “U.S.” button pin with an additional blue plastic back plate and two pin posts and backs. The second is a brass medical button pin with an additional blue plastic back plate and two pin posts and backs. Each pin has the N.S. Meyer markings with a “22/M” in a shield. They measure about 1 1/4″ in diameter with the back plate. They are in good used condition with patina to the brass. Please see photos for further detail.
