What is the Tamarack Shack Antiques Return Policy?
All sales are final and the customer will have the option to pick up the item at the Tamarack Shack Antiques location in Phillips, WI or have it shipped to them. In the event the customer wants it shipped, the shipping and handling will be the customer’s responsibility.
All items are insured when they are shipped. If for some reason, an item breaks in transit (we do our best to make sure that doesn’t happen), please email us at [email protected] and include a picture of the outside of the box, packaging material, the broken item, and the shipping label. This will help us process your refund faster. Please note that without these, we will not be able to process your claim or your refund.
