For your consideration is this 4 piece John O. Mead of Philadelphia, PA coffee/teapot set. This set includes two pots, a sugar urn, and a creamer pitcher. All pieces are silver-plated with an etched design of rope and tassel swags and a fan/palm shape. All pieces are marked “John O. Mead & Co. Manufacturers, Silver Plated Ware, Phila. Pa.” The coffee pots measure 8 ¾” tall with a 4 5/8” base and 8 ¼” from spout to handle. The sugar urn measures 5 ½” tall with a 4 3/8” base and 7 ¼” from handle to handle. The creamer measures 5 3/8” tall with a 3 3/8” base and 5 5/8” from spout to handle. There are no dents or dings to these pieces. There is usage wear, and the pieces show a patina.
