Here is this 1948 Bulova 21J 7AK mens wrist watch movement for parts or repair. This is a 1948 version of the “His Excellency”. This is for parts or repair. The balance will move freely when touched, however it will not wind nor set. The original gold raised number dial on white is in very nice condition. It is missing both the hour and the second hand.
