19thC Antique Porcelain Occupational Butcher Shaving Mug w/ Brush & Blades L8Y
For your consideration is this occupational shaving mug with a Hegener Sterilized #4 brush set in rubber and two boxes of blades, one Blue Star and one Pal Hollow Ground. This is butcher’s shaving mug with the name on it in gold. The last name on the mug is Hecklenburg and is found underneath a picture of a bull and butchering tools. There is gold trim on the top rim of the mug as well as two lines towards the bottom. All of the gold lines are fairly worn and the mug’s handle is broken off. It measures 3 1/4″ tall and 3 1/2″ in diameter. The shaving brush is 5 1/2″ and is colored light yellow. Both of the blade boxes are bases on a red, white, and blue color scheme and contain blades in them. Please see our pictures for more detail. Thank you! 151052AA |
