A. Lanternier Limoges Chocolate/Coffee Pot & Lid Pink Gilded Leaves Marked ATQ
For your consideration is this A. Lanternier Limoges Chocolate/Coffee Pot with Lid. It has some Pink at the top and some Gilded Leaves on the body. This pot with the lid measures 9 3/8″ tall, 5 3/4″ long with the handle, and 4 1/2″ in diameter. According to the Collector’s Encyclopedia of Limoges Porcelain the Third Edition by Mary Frank Gaston the red mark is from the 1890s. This chocolate/coffee pot is in great condition with no chips or hairlines. There is a firing crack on the base is original. The underside of the lid and the bottom of the base are marked.
