Here is this Dueber Watch Case Company 20 Year Guaranteed Gold Filled watch case for an 18 size American pocket watch. There is a lever slot and the crown does also move to setting position. This is a freshly polished serviceable case. The back has had some dings pushed back out and it has marring. The case shows considerable brassing. The crystal is missing. The back and bezel thread on straight. The case measures 55mm in diameter, not including the pendant.
