Here we have an original E. Howard & Co. pocket watch dial. On the dial it reads, E. HOWARD & CO. BOSTON, PAT. FEB 4TH 1868. It is a 16s, and gauges out at 43.31mm. This enamel dial is single-sunk.The markers and Roman numerals are in black.
The feet are missing. They used to stand at the 11/12, 35/36, and 52/53 second markers. The dial surface has hairlines, chips around the sub dial, some staining, scuffs, scratches, and possible surface dirt.15360jas
