This Elgin dial features black Roman script hour marks on the white porcelain. This dial has a chip at the 16 minute mark. There is a hairline from the center hole to the sunk and to the 52 minute mark. The sunk appears to have been repaired or replaced at some point. Please see pictures for more details.
