Antique Unusual Chain Handled Ice Tongs, 14" Jaw Opening | ref 22602

Description

For your consideration is this very interesting and unusual set of ice tongs.

These have an amazing hand-forged look with rolled chain links and center rivet.

The rivet has worn loose, but these could still function as perfectly usable ice tongs. There is also some brown surface oxidation noted.

They open to a maximum of about 14″ tip to tip. The tips are still quite sharp.
