Description
For your consideration is this Coiffe hand gilded bowl. The 7 point star France mark is the Coiffe mark, and the mark below that is P&B Limoges France. It was made by Coiffe for Pitkin and Brookes, and the marks date the plate to 1900-1914. This porcelain serving bowl is a white color that fades to pink with printed pink and blue flowers and hand painted gold designs. The trim is gilded, and there is some slight wear along the edge. The bowl measures 10 1/8″ in diameter by 2 1/4″ tall. The bowl has little usage wear, and there is a small chip on the edge of the plate. There are no other chips or cracks on this bowl, and it would be a great addition to any Coiffe Limoges collection. Please view pictures for more details.
