Ca. 1960 Concord Swiss Gilt 8-Day Clock Presented by GM Guidelamp | 22635

For your consideration is this excellent Concord Swiss mechanical 8 days clock.

The bottom bears the inscription ‘Wilson F. Fuller 25 Years with Guidelamp’ and is dated 9-10-60. This was evidently a gift to an employee of GM Guidelamp.

This features beautiful gold gilting and a curved glass crystal. The dial is marked with the name ‘Concord’ and ‘8 Days Swiss’. The hours are represented by raised gold-tone markers.

This measures about 7.5″ in width and 5.5″ in height.

This runs but has not been tested for accuracy.

There is wear to the gilding and the bottom screw heads are oxidized. There is also what appears to be cat hair between the crystal and dial.
