Description
This Elgin dial features black Roman script hour marks and beautiful red Arabic minute marks on the white porcelain. There hairline cracks running to the sunk from the 28 and 37 minute marks. There are a few minor surface scratches and some discoloration. Please see pictures for more details. The dial feet are good. The dial feet are located under 19, 36, and 55.
