For your consideration is this Illinois Watch Co. size 18s pocket watch dial.
This is porcelain with Roman numerals.
The dial feet are good and located under the 16, 36, and 53-minute markers. This fits watch models 1, 2, and 5.
There are several hairline cracks and some chips noted.
