North Dakota Souvenir Plate Blue Yellow Red Crest w/ Anvil Wheat Horse Riding

For your consideration is North Dakota Souvenir Plate. The main colors are Blue, Yellow, and Red and some less prominent colors are green and black. There is some kind of crest that has an anvil on a stump, a tree with three sheaves of wheat around it, a bow and arrows, two horses with riders, and a rising sun. There are 44 small black stars above the tree. The banner under the crest reads Liberty and Union Now and Forever One and Inseparable. The edges of the plate have a neat design that looks like feathers. Crazing is present on this plate. There is a very small chip on the edge of the plate and a small rough spot on the base. There is some blue paint that got on the back of the plate. It is 10 1/4 inches in diameter. It looks like there is a faint mark on the base of the plate that I cannot make out.
