For your consideration is this Sylvac Ceramics Gaffer Hand Painted Character Toby Creamer or Small Pitcher that was made in Staffordshire, England. It measures 3 7/8″ tall, 4″ long with the handle, and 3″ in diameter. This mug is in great condition with no cracks or chips. The color is bright and has little loss, and the base is clearly marked.
