Description

For your consideration is this very interesting hammer with a side-curved head.

The curved head on this piece appears to be for coopers to work in the curved inner spaces of wooden barrels.

The only marking noted is a C stamped onto one side of the head.

This measures about 9.5″ in total, with a total eight of just under 3 lbs.

The condition is good with light oxidation and wear on the head and a good wooden handle.
