For your consideration is this Victorian c1880s footed quadruple plate bowl. This bowl has a tassel motif around its outside, also with some hand chased parts. The inside of the bowl has a bird motif with storks and owls. It is very ornate.
MAKER- Derby Silver Co-Derby, CT.
AGE- Approximately the 1880s.
MATERIAL- Quadruple Silver Plated.
MEASUREMENTS: 8 3/4″ in diameter and 5″ in height.
CONDITION: The silver plate seems to be even. The handle may have been repaired at some time, but I am not sure. There are no deep usage scratches on the inside of the bowl. It sits flat on a table. There are no dents. I see some nicks to the edge of the bowl, but they are minor.
