For your consideration, is this stunning Cambridge Azurite Pattern Doric pattern 3500/452 Ram’s Head bowl. This blue milk glass bowl has stunning pressed details throughout. The gold gilding highlights the rim, ram’s head, and base of this Carolina blue bowl.
There are only three pressed patterns in which Azurite was produced from the Cambridge company. The Doric pattern 3500/452 was the second produced of the three.
This bowl is in good condition. There is one small imperfection by one of the ram’s head. There is a crack from the base of the bowl to below the ram’s head. This is hardly noticeable and if displayed would be easy to conceal. The gold gilding is worn on this art glass bowl; in some areas, it is not present anymore. These imperfections are quite small and do not affect the beauty of this collectible blue milk glass bowl.
This elegant Cambridge bowl measures about 5 1/4″ T X 8 1/2″ W (rim).
This would make a fantastic addition to any Cambridge Glass Collection.
