Here we have a cute little rough-linen party dress with ruffled collar and beaded accessory. Great as a belt or necklace! This garment does not have a designer label, but it does have a Union and size label. It is a size 6 and the measurements are listed below. This is a “go to” garment to dress up or dress down with it would look fantastic with a little white pillbox hat and a purse to match!
