Washington D.C. Capitol Building Dragonware Bud Vase Iridescent Light Green 6"

For your consideration is this Washington D.C. Capitol Building Dragonware Bud Vase that is an Iridescent Light Green. The vase is 6 1/4 inches tall and 2 3/4 inches in diameter. There is a small picture of the capitol building in D.C. There are words surrounding the picture which read Washington, D.C. U.S. Capitol. The dragon is right is under the picture and is hand painted. The dragon is gray, white, pink, light and dark blue. The rim of the vase is gilded and there is no mark on the base. There is a spot with paint that doesn’t quite belong on the vase. There are a few spots where the green color or gilding is worn. Please see the pictures for more detail. Thank you!
