Description
For your consideration is this Antique Richard Heslop Huddersfield pocket watch (click here for more info). This watch is a fusee type of movement. This watch doesn’t run and is for repair. The balance swings freely. The plate is loose and the escapement pinion and at least one train wheel is not sitting correctly. The inner case is Sterling Silver and dates to 1852 according to the date code. The case maker’s mark is WC and I am not sure which maker it is, but I think it is from London. The outer pair case is not silver, but fits the case right and seems to be original. This comes with a Sterling silver chain that has a horse hoof fob and a key with an end that would fit a signet. The second hand is missing. The bullseye crystal is in nice condition. The watch is wound tight.
