For your consideration is this lot of 6 bouillon cups. 4 of the cups do not have any marks on the bottom and 2 of the cups have a Limoges France mark on the bottom, both marks are different. The one mark is a bird with the work Limoges on top and France on the bottom. I can’t find any info on this mark. The other mark is a bird flying between banners with the word Limoges on top and the work France on the bottom.
This mark was used from 1891 and the early 1900s. It is from Charles Martin (CM). The cups are white with gold handles and flowers on the outside of it. I’m not sure what the pattern is.
4 of the cups do not have any chips, cracks, or flea bite marks on them. 1 of the cups has what looks like a hairline crack on the side of it but it is only visible from one side of it so I think it is just a scratch. The other cup has a small flea bite mark on the edge of it. They all have some wear to the gold on the edge of them. The cups measure about 2″ tall x 3 5/8″ diameter without the handles x 5 1/8″ from handle to handle. Please see the pictures for more details.
