For your consideration is Haviland Limoges 7 3/8″ plate. The mark dates this plate from 1894-1931. The edge has gilding and the pattern shows sprays of blue carnations. There is some wear to the gilding, but there are no cracks, chips, or fleabites. The plate hanger comes with the plate!
