Description
This Elgin dial features black Roman script hour marks on the white porcelain. There is a hairline crack running from the 58 minute mark to the 10 mark and to the sunk. There are a few chips along the edge and some discoloration. Please see pictures for more details. The dial feet are good. The dial feet are located under 19, 36, and 55.
