Description
For your consideration is this interesting German Kochfix pressure cooker.
This features a high-gloss black enameled finish and coiled steel handles.
The lid has a wooden handle and is marked with the number 1 as well as ‘Geschutzt Kochfix Made in Germany’. Geschutzt is a German word meaning protected, in this case inferring that the item is patented or copyrighted.
This measures about 8” in diameter and 6” tall, not counting the lid.
This has not been tested for function under heat or pressure. There are some chips in the enamel.
