Description
For your consideration is this framed and matted Japanese, embroidered picture on silk. The picture is of a little brown haired girl with pony tails, kneeling next to a woven basket blowing a dandelion. The picture is stitched on off-white silk and features stitched Kanji describing the scene. The picture is matted with a light steel blue mat board, framed in a black wooden frame with a thin band of silver and placed behind glass. This piece measures about 14” by 20” with the frame and the picture alone measures about 9 ¾” by 16”. This piece is in good used condition. Please see pictures for further detail.
